I've tried the command keys on both sides of the keyboard, still no luck. I am wondering if my keyboard is broken? I tried a standard Windows keyboard as well but that didn't work either. I have used MacOS in the past with very old mac machines, but I am not all familiar with this machine. It just goes past the white screen into a long list of processes on a command prompt screen and then regularly launches into the desktop. After the chime i have held in the combination but no Apple logo shows up or getting into the utilities.
